Ivana Trump, President Donald Trump's ex-wife, says she was offered the chance to become USA ambassador to the Czech Republic but turned it down in order to protect her globetrotting "perfect life". The infamous time that Marla Maples had a confrontation with Ivana during a Trump Family vacation on the ski slopes in Aspen was a topic of discussion when Donald visited Howard Stern's radio show.

Ivana Zelnickova, Trump's first wife from 1977 to 1992 and who is mother to Eric, Donald, and Ivanka.

She also said she was offered the post of ambassador to the Czech Republic, her native country, but turned it down because she already has "a ideal life".

"I said, 'I think you should tweet".

Though it does not seem like she will forgive the president's second wife anytime soon, she does get along with his third, Melania Trump.

Ivanka Trump could run for president in the next 15 years, according to her mother Ivana.

Ivana, 68, said she knew her marriage was over one fateful day in December 1989.

'Okay, why would I go and say bye-bye to Miami in the winter, bye-bye to Saint-Tropez in the summer, and bye-by to spring and fall in NY?

She writes that she thought he was "smart and amusing - an all-America good guy". Since then, she has become a White House adviser in her father's administration. I like to do what I want to do, go wherever I want to go with whomever I want to go. I'm known by the name Ivana.

"I can only shake my head at how it insane it was".

However, she and the president have come back to far hotter terms.

In a new interview with CBS News, Ivana spoke of how Trump offered to appoint her as the ambassador to the Czech Republic.
