Seahawks visit LA to face suddenly explosive Rams

Another key figure listed by the Rams on this week's injury report is starting right guard Jamon Brown, who is listed as questionable with a groin injury.

That the Rams also started previous year before falling apart and finishing 4-12 and firing Jeff Fisher has many wondering just how real their revival is.

The Seahawks are where they should be. There's no word yet on whether he plans on shaking up a snowstorm or a light dusting, but offensive changes are expected to go into effect immediately as the Seahawks prepare for a tough road game against the Tennessee Titans.

Los Angeles' offense is now among the best in the league, averaging 35.5 points per game and 383.8 yards per game. The Rams have even figured out a way to incorporate Tavon Austin as a legitimate threat. "I don't know him, but I think it's incredibly exciting that a young guy like that could jump in and show that he has command and do a great job right off the bat".

In the second half of last week's 46-18 win over the Indianapolis Colts, the Seahawks turned in a complete performance on offense, defense, and special teams to outscore the Colts 36-3. They average the most points per game at the quarter mark of the season.

"Unfortunately last week we didn't quite run it as well as we have been running it", Lafleur said of the team's red-zone efficiency. The line has struggled more in run blocking, actually.

It took all of last season and a couple horrendous games this year to convince head coach Pete Carroll to shake things up a bit. Has that been a distraction this season or was that overblown by the National Football League media?

The Seahawks have notoriously been slow starters during the Russell Wilson era. It would be a bigger problem if this suddenly stopped being the case. "And then you talk about on the outside, both those corners, they're going to get up and challenge you each and every play". It has kept other teams guessing and the with the players they have at the moment, they can execute their plays regardless of how the other team's defense sets up.

Seattle has been the standard bearer out west for a while now.

The Seahawks rolled up a season-high 194 rushing yards and Wilson had the most accurate game of his career in connecting on 21 of 26 passes. Los Angeles have scored 142 points in the first four games which is incredible from a team that was struggling so much a year ago.

On Monday, the Seahawks thought they had addressed the issue by re-signing 2016 fifth-round pick Quinton Jefferson off the practice squad of this week's opponent, the Los Angeles Rams, who claimed him when Seattle waived him before the season.

It was Zuerlein's three field goals that led the Rams to a 9-3 win over Seattle past year.

Goodness, this is a tough question.

"There's a lot of continuity", LaFleur said of the Seahawks' defense. The 2015 Seahawks started the year 0-2 without Kam Chancellor.

New head coach Sean McVay chose to keep special teams coach John Fassel as the lone holdover from Jeff Fisher's coaching staff in the offseason, and Fassel led special teams units always provide the threat of fake punts, kicks and returns. The good news is that this Rams team has shown great improvement from a year ago, especially on the offensive side of the ball.
