Taking no lessons from several cases involving the self-styled woman, the Vivek Vihar SHO, this Dussehra, accorded a warm welcome to controversial spiritual guru Radhe Maa at the police station.

In a photo that has gone viral on social media, Radhe Maa can be seen sitting on the chair of the Station House Officer (SHO). On further enquiry, a constable of the police station revealed that Radhe Maa was on a trip to Ramleela and with the increasing people in the event, SHO of the station brought her in the police station. Bindra, who is known for her participation in reality show Big Boss, filed a complaint with the police alleging that Radhe Maa and her supporters sexually assaulted her. The action against him was taken following uproar over a photograph in which Radhe Maa is seen sitting on the senior cop's chair, while he is standing beside with "chunri" around his neck. She has been accused of hurting religious sentiments, threatening, obscenity and other offences. "Excuse being given that Radhe Maa was in the police station for security concern holds no ground", Delhi BJP Media in-charge Praveen Shankar Kapoor said.

He was referring to the video of the police officials singing alongside Radhe Maa.

The devotee added that after the godwoman used the washroom in the SHOs cabin, she came out and sat on his seat. They were also in uniform.

Sanjay Sharma, Station House Officer (SHO) of Vivek Vihar police station, and Braj Bhushan, Assistant Sub-Inspector of GTB Enclave police station, have been suspended, Deputy Commissioner of Police Nupur Prasad said. In 2015, a woman alleged that her husband and his family harassed her for dowry at the order of Radhe Maa.
