The man accused of kidnapping, raping and killing a Tennessee nursing student has been found guilty of murder and aggravated rape in the 2011 slaying of Holly Bobo.

Adams faces the death penalty if convicted of first-degree murder. Holly Bobo was 20 when she was reported missing from her home in rural Parsons on April 13, 2011.

Senior Inspector John Walker testified at Zachary Adams' trial in Savannah, Tennessee.

Jurors heard the state and defense give passionate closing arguments on Thursday.

On Monday, Britt, who is now serving time for an unrelated kidnapping and attempted rape, was called to the stand as a witnesses for the prosecution, saying he had thought investigators would name him a suspect in the Bobo case based on his past offenses, reported WZTV.

The first-degree murder charge makes this a capital case, meaning the death penalty is on the table. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has said the investigation was the most exhaustive and expensive in the agency's history. She was 20 when she walked into the woods behind her family's house with an unidentified man wearing camouflage and disappeared on April 13, 2011. Prosecutors said during the trial that Adams bragged about how he killed the 20-year-old woman and how he nearly got away with it.

Ellen DeGeneres won't invite President Trump to appear on her show
Things don't look too good for Kelly either. "There are so many reporters who are completely biased against Trump, it's absurd". Not news, but not fluff, either. "That's not to say there's not media bias", she continued in her interview with TVNewser.com.

On Tuesday, Terry Dicus, a former TBI agent who served as a lead investigator in the case, said he had ruled out Adams as the person who had kidnapped Bobo. Autry said Adams used graphic details when he told Autry that he, his brother and Austin raped Bobo.

Britt said that at one point, he and his wife went to a store to purchase a new bathtub, but Dicus said workers at that store could not recall seeing anyone matching Britt's description on the day in question. Adams is one of three people charged in the case.

Cooper was awaiting transfer to Obion County Jail when he says Adams told him he was involved in the 'Holly Bobo murder case'. She said Autry was too street smart to allow himself to be manipulated into helping Adams dispose of Bobo's body even though he says he wasn't involved in the rape, abduction or murder.

Cooper said those statements upset him. Each story has video of every witness testimony. "That does not mean he killed Holly Bobo".

Cooper said Adams told him his brother was being held in Obion County Jail.
